Welcome to the 25th Anniversary Rally
The TVR is the first major motor boating event of the year on the Thames and attracts a large number of boaters and spectators.
It is held every year over the May bank holiday weekend and takes place opposite Temple Island near Henley. A variety of different activities are organised such as boat handling competitions, entertainment, music and dancing, raffles, and many many more activities which vary from year to year.
70 to 100 boats attend each year and over 200 people are to be found in the marquee for the evening's entertainment. The rally produces a programme which is sent out to in excess of 600 people. This programme goes to every member of the TVR clubs and to all members of the visiting clubs. It is therefore an excellent place to advertise your products and services. Those who help sponsor the rally are mentioned in the programme by name and have the opportunity to display banners and provide items for inclusion in the Rally Pack given to each attending boat.
